Yeah, so I did it. I had Chardonnay with my lunch today. Having a wine with lunch on a Friday back when I worked for someone seemed totally fine, however now I work for myself, from home, I’ve just never really done it.

- Is a blend of Chardonnay grapes from vineyards high up in the Adelaide Hills
- Has no added yeast
- Is a mixture of oak and stainless steel used
It went with my crispy skin salmon and salad perfectly.
In the glass, it’s a sunny golden yellow. It has toasty aromas with florals, smoky citrus and spiced pear. In the mouth, it’s round and smooth in texture with a sweet citrus grapefruit bite and a vanilla lemonade infused finish. It’s nearly impossible to stop at just one glass!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #gifted #opinionsaremyown #tcweekdaywine
