Novinophobia = The fear of running out of wine.
When you have a wine subscription like what the lovely wino’s at Good Pair Days offer, then you most definitely don’t need to worry about running out of wine 😉
I have been an affiliate partner of Good Pair Days for a number of years now and I love what they do! They kindly sent me this wine to taste (thank you!) and they also want to offer you $23 off your first order. Simply use the code “travellingcorkscrew” to claim your discount.
By using the above code, at no cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you use it to make a purchase.
As you’ll see in the picture, with this lovely bottle of Irvine ‘Spring Hill’ Eden Valley Primitivo Rosé 2020 I also received plenty of information about the winery, tasting notes and a matching recipe on the back of the card (lentil and sausage salad… yum!).
We actually matched it with a baby friendly chicken and pea curry and it went splendidly, even when I overdosed my bowl with birds-eye chillies!

What it tastes like
It’s a pretty, crisp and pale peach colour in the glass. On the nose it’s full of tropical fruits, navel orange, baking spice and honeysuckle. In the mouth it’s bloody delectable. Super thirst-quenching, fantastically food-friendly and as the trendsetters say “smashable”. I love the freshness and acidity and at just under 12% it would make a fantastic brunch wine!
