Here’s an eye catching label for you! This new Young & Co release also joins a Chardonnay and Pinot Gris in the $22 range. The pop art-esque labels are designed to highlight the key flavour in the wine.
A big thank you to Dialogue PR who sent this Hawkes Bay (New Zealand) Rosé our way.
What I love about Rosé is that it can be made in such a diverse range of styles and from a wide range of grape varieties. Which means you can get sweet to bone-dry tipples, super pale peach to deep pink coloured wines and the flavours can be anything from earthy to fruity. It’s an exciting wine style!
This 2017 ‘Salento’ Rosé from Cantine de Falco is no exception. It hails from the ‘heel’ of Italy’s boot, aka Puglia and is made from the Negroamaro grape variety.
