Torre Blanca Brut NV Cava – Good Pair Days
After visiting Cava country (the Penedès in Spain) in 2011 and drinking A LOT of Cava while there, I struggle to say no to the opportunity of getting some in my glass. Problems of a wine lover hey.
This Torre Blanca NV Cava was a free sample I received from Good Pair Days (thank you!). The winery is headed up by female winemaker Montse Nicolas whose family have owned the property for 8+ years alongside another Cava property – Grimau.
I just loved the freshness of this sparkler. It’s a lemon-lime colour in the glass. While on the nose it made me think of fresh salty air, lime citrus, honey blossoms and crunchy apples. In the mouth those flavours flow through with a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. Very moreish.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it. By using the above promo code I will receive a small amount of commission.
