Pink wine, unicorns, rainbows what’s not to love right?

This bottle of Gwyn Olsen 2019 Hunter Valley Rosé was in my recent Rosé Wine Reservation Annual Subscription pack that I’ve been trialing thanks to the lovely folks at Cellarmasters.

It’s a pretty peachy pink colour in the glass. On the nose it’s so scrumptious, think a fruit salad of peaches, banana, orange and strawberry. In the mouth it’s just as delicious with a lovely lick of juicy citrus making it super refreshing. Yum.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.

It’s safe to say the design on this bottle of Hunter Valley 2018 Rosé made by winemaker Gwyn Olsen is extremely eye-catching.

Gwyn Olsen 2018 Hunter Valley RoseThank you Cellarmasters for sending over this sample for me to try. You can buy this beauty via cellarmasters.com.au for $17.

We enjoyed it with some veggie packed rice paper rolls. It’s a rose gold / coppery pink colour in the glass with red berries, musk, watermelon and fresh green herbs coming through on the nose for me. In the mouth it has lovely flavours of juicy apples, lemon citrus, fresh raspberries and a hint of white pepper spice. Very easy drinking.
