Painted Wolf Wines ‘Jemma’ Chenin Blanc 2017
We have so much Chenin in our hose right now, it’s great.
This beauty is a sample from Good Pair Days (thank you!). This Jemma 2017 Chenin Blanc is made by Painted Wolf in Paarl, South Africa. Painted Wolf was set up by winemaker Jeremy and his wife Emma in 2007 as a small-scale experiment for when they weren’t helping to protect and champion the South African wild dog.

So did we enjoy the wine?
Thoroughly! Here’s our notes:
It’s a yellow gold colour in the glass. Melon, citrus zest and salt rise from the glass. While in the mouth it’s full of juicy apples and it has a hint of Manuka honey. Delicious!
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
