Swan Valley Wine Awards 2017 – The Results

It’s always one of my favourite nights of the year. It’s a chance to get glammed up and catch up with a lot of the Swan Valley wine producers in the one spot. Not to mention a chance to celebrate the wonderful Swan Valley and its fabulous wines. This years Singapore Airlines Swan valley Wine Show was no exception, I had a fab night at the wine awards dinner and a huge congrats to not only the winners on the night but everyone who makes this wine region so wonderful.

Before I get stuck into the results, I want to take this opportunity to thank the Swan Valley Winemakers Association for inviting me along to the dinner. I was even lucky enough to be sitting with the international guest judge, and Master of Wine, Fongyee Walker. Naturally there was a mandatory selfie! Also on our table were the fab Yurisich brothers and their wives.

(For those selfie lovers out there, Fongyee enlightened me about the Beauty Cam app which I tested out on the above picture)It was so lovely to meet Fongyee, and I even managed to capture part of her speech on the night which you can check out on my Facebook page here.
