Mmm, get in my glass Vermentino!
This Stefano de Pieri Fleurieu 2018 Vermentino is made from select parcels or fruit from the Fleurieu Peninsula near Adelaide in South Australia. Chef & winemaker Stefano says it’s the perfect match for seafood.

In the glass, it’s very much a pale yellow-green shade. Sweet lemon and lime citrus rise from the glass with a hint of florals and lanolin. Mr Spittoon said it reminded him of fruju iceblocks you get in NZ. In the mouth, it’s fresh, clean and crisp with plentiful citrus and light passion fruit flavours.
