Bellussi Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene

So apparently yesterday (August 13th) was National Prosecco Day. How did I miss that?! Yes, it’s another US inspired wine day that we are just going to have to make international okay.

Thankfully here at the TC HQ, we celebrated early with this bottle of Bellussi Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene we picked up from Dan Murphy’s on the weekend ($25). #ProseccoMadeMeDoIt

My tasting note: It’s a pale golden colour in the glass. Inviting aromas of shortbread, apricots and citrus invite you into the glass. While in the mouth it’s extremely refined with smooth bubbles and acidity topped off with crunchy apples and a hint of honey.
