Wills Domain Mystic Spring 2019 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Spring is in the air and in my glass. Introducing one of the recent new releases from Wills Domain Winery in WA’s Margaret River – Mystic Spring 2019 SSB (Semillon Sauvignon Blanc).

Mr Spittoon and I recently got stuck into this SSB while cooking up a BBQ dinner on the deck. Firstly I have to say, this wine is A.MAZ.ING on the nose. So vibrant and fresh. Here are our notes:

Nearly water white with a lemon tinge in the glass. On the nose it is so crisp and refreshing, think passionfruit and honeyed peaches with a fresh zest of lime and hint of florals. Those flavours glide through to the palate with a lick of Sauvy B minerality to go with it.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
