Spy Valley Envoy Johnson Vineyard 2014 Pinot Noir
Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to Pinot Palooza on the weekend but thanks to @nzwineaus I had my very own Pinot lovers night at home with this gorgeous bottle of Spy Valley Envoy 2014 Pinot Noir from Marlborough, New Zealand.

In the glass, it’s a beautiful cherry, ruby red with notes of plums and baking spice on the nose. Actually, Mr Spittoon and I likened it to a Xmas berry-pie! In the mouth, it’s mouth-wateringly elegant with juicy red and black fruits. The finish wants to be best friends forever…
