“Life can pass you by… Don’t forget to stop and smell the Rosés”
Back in June, I headed along to the Sidegate Wines Art Series launch party where I was introduced to Georgie Orbach and her wine range. It was lovely to meet winemaker Georgie and when the team recently approached me to try their latest Rosé, I couldn’t help but say yes.
Have you done a vertical wine tasting before? And no I’m not simply meaning a tasting where you’re standing.
A vertical tasting is where you try the same wine but from different vintages. While in Perth, I was lucky enough to do a bit of a Below & Above Pinot Noir vertical tasting where we tried the 2013, 2014 and the 2015 (a big thanks to Kia from Below & Above for the 2 samples and the bottle Naomi kindly donated from her cellar).
