This Chateau de Paraza Oh La La! 2019 Rosé from Minervois in France was one of their picks for me and I have to admit it went down pretty darn smoothly. It’s a dry Rosé made from Pinot Noir.
In the glass it’s a vibrant peach shade with notes of candied citrus, cherry and apricot rising up from the glass. The palate is fruity yet savoury at the same time and made me think of juicy watermelon, fresh cherries and a hint of white pepper. Very tasty!
