This bottle of Captains Creek Seven Hills 2017 Pinot Noir, was thoroughly enjoyed by Mr Spittoon and I one evening after Baby TC was in bed.
As per all the wines on ketowines.com.au this wine has less than 0.25g of sugar per glass, plus it has less than 95ppm/l sulphur.
It’s a light garnet shade in the glass. Red fruits like cranberries and warming baking spice entice you into the glass. While in the mouth it’s mellow, juicy and thirst quenching with refreshing acidity. Simply put, it’s yummy!
