Here are my thoughts on the wine..
In the glass, this crisp white wine is nearly water white in colour with a slight emerald hint. On the nose, it’s über fresh with citrus, apples and florals. While in the mouth it’s so refreshing which makes it great for a meal like pasta. It went extremely well the citrusy beurre blanc sauce over the pasta in Luke’s recipe. There are hints of fresh herbs, candied lemon wedges and crunchy apples on the palate. Yum!
