Ricca Terra 2019 Colour of Calmness Rose
It’s a Good Pair Day-s!
A big thank you to Good Pair Days for this sample bottle.
I decided last month to re-do the GPD palate quiz to see what bottles they’d recommend me based on my tastes and this pretty little Rosé was one them.
This Ricca Terra 2019 ‘Colour of Calmness’ Rosé is from South Australia and was given 90 points in the recently released James Halliday Wine Companion.
It’s a wonderful Mediterranean blend of: Negroamaro, Grenache, Greco & Nero d’Avola grapes.
I found it a peachy onion skin colour in the glass. Notes of lemons, apricots and spiced pear delicately rise up from the glass to meet your senses. While in the mouth it’s juicy, refreshing and has a soft & smooth texture. Perfectly poised.
If you want to give it a whirl, and try out the Good Pair Days experience, make sure to add the code “travellingcorkscrew” for a $23 discount at the checkout.
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it. By using the above promo code I will receive a small amount of commission.
