Perelada Stars 2014 Brut Nature Cava
What are your favourite Christmas movies?
One of mine is The Polar Express with Tom Hanks. And I feel like it was the perfect match for this bottle of Perelada Stars 2014 Brut Nature Cava from Spain.

- Made in the traditional method (aka like champagne)
- 15 months on lees
I found it a pretty lemon-lime colour on the eye with citrus shortbread and almond icing on the nose. In the mouth it’s full of juicy lemons and pears, it’s crisp and uncomplicated.
