How does Kingfish Ceviche and Sauv Blanc sound?

This recipe and wine match had me drooling – thanks Wine Selectors and Chef Miguel Maestre.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to buy kingfish around where I live, so I just had to imagine at the time while sipping on this expertly matched Nannup Estate Firetower 2019 Sauvignon Blanc from WA.

A big thank you to Wine Selectors for sending me this sample pack. It really has been a delicious 6-bottle journey all perfectly matched to recipes by the wonderful Miguel.

In the glass this Sauvy is a straw shade. It smells of lemon grass, minerality and is wonderfully herbaceous. While in the mouth it’s fresh and vibrant, think passionfruit with a sprinkling of herbs. It had me craving seafood big time.
