Moss Wood Special Reserve 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon
Happy Fathers Day from my wine glass to yours!
My Dad & Mum has been visiting for the last week and seeing as last night was their last night with us we thought we’d crack into a very special bottle on the eve of Father’s Day.
Moss Wood Wines Cab’s from Margaret River are known to go the distance and this Special Reserve (only made in the very best years) 1991 is the perfect example of how delicious they can become!
As we sipped on it from Riedel Cabernet specific glasses words like; deep burnt toffee in colour, cherries, tobacco, new leather, sweet cedar, full bodied, earthy, rich, blackcurrants and meal in a glass were being said. What a way to spend a Saturday night!
