We pulled this Juniper Estate 2004 Shiraz from Margaret River out of the cellar recently.

I’m glad we did as I reckon it des definitely a good time to be getting stuck in. It is 16 years old after all.

We picked this bottle up a number of years ago when we were on a Top Drop Tour in Margs. Great memories!

In the glass it’s a garnet shade with warmth, spice and stewed fruit aromas. In the mouth it’s super smooth with mulberry and plum coming through for me. Elegantly aged.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
