The suggested food matches for this Vermentino is tempura prawns and spicy seafood. Drool-worthy right!
We found it a pale yellow-green shade in the glass. The nose is super interesting, I was picking up everything from apples to lanolin with some floral and herbaceous notes too. In the mouth it’s more on the citrusy, tropical fruit side of life. Delish!
