This pretty little number is made by Hedonist Wines in McLaren Vale, SA. Here’s a bit more of a taste for you:
- It’s made from Sangiovese
- The vineyard is biodynamic
- Good match for Asian food, a picnic, grilled seafood and even spice (we had it with some Jamaican wings)
And it’s pretty darn scrumptious from its pale peach colour to the delicious nuances of strawberries, guava, and orange citrus. In the mouth it’s juicy, summery and rather moreish. Perfect for on the patio or deck.
