Wine Cocktail Recipes from Perth’s Best Bars!
The weather is heating up here in Perth and I just can’t get enough of my white wine and Champagne but I also love a good cocktail! So why not put the two together? Yep, that’s right.. let’s make some wine cocktails!
I contacted some of the best bars in Perth and surrounds and asked if they could concoct an awesome Wine Cocktail Recipe to share with all of us and the response has been fantastic!
Below we have recipes from Must Winebar on Beaufort St, The Classroom in North Perth, The Tap at Chapel Farm in the Swan Valley and Red Cabbage in South Perth. A big thanks to everyone who helped put this post together.
Now enough of my babbling, let’s get stuck in!

Introducing The Classroom’s Wine Cocktail…
The Blushing Geisha
- 50ml Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka
- 10ml finger lime-infused Regal Rogue Vermouth
- 10ml Maggie Beer Verjuice
- 15ml Bella Ridge Kyoho Wine
- Garnish with blue corn flower.
Andrew Bennett, the Venues Manager at The Classroom says, “The reason we love this cocktail is that we get to work with one of our favourite wine makers – Alon from Bella Ridge. He is the only Australian producer of the amazing japanese grape variety Kyoho. This makes our cocktail a true one off and a definite summer hit!”.

Introducing The Tap’s Wine Cocktail…
Sparkling Fish Bowl
- Nerds
- Frog lollies
- Popping Candy
- Lemonade
- ½ shot Malibu
- ½ shot Peach Schnapps
- Drop of Bleu Curacao
- Chapel Farm Sparkling White
This recipe was created by Stella Bevk at The Tap, follow Stella on Instagram.
The Tap team at Chapel Farm in the Swan Valley says, “Our staff think this cocktail is the bees knees because it’s delicious and “there’s not one manly thing about it”, yet the guys love it. Its surprisingly refreshing on a summer’s day and lets adults indulge in child hood lolly favorites. It’s a conversation starter, that brings back childhood memories and mischievous stories. Along with this, it’s fun and easy to make with popular spirits and the popping candy makes for an interesting crackle.”.
