The Murder 2017 McLaren Vale Shiraz

Anyone else enjoy a shower wine? If you’re not sure what that is, it literally means having a wine in the shower. There’s something super relaxing about it after a long day, am I right?

I kindly received this sample bottle of The Murder 2017 McLaren Vale Shiraz from The Group Wines (thank you) to taste and it went down a treat! Thank you!

The Group are a South Australian grower-owned collective who launched only a few months ago. Around 100 grape growers and their families are involved in The Group.

We found this one a ruby red shade in the glass. Hints of dark fruits, red liquorice and spice rise from the glass. While in the mouth it’s full bodied, rich and rather savoury and earthy. A big wine that’s not for the faint hearted.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
