Terindah Estate 2019 Pinot Noir Rosé
We recently snuck away for the weekend, which was the first time in a loooong while + the first time with baby TC in tow. Now travelling with a baby is a whole new thing.
Our lovely accommodation (thanks to family friends) was right on the coast which meant fish’n’chips and wine was in order after our day of travelling. The fridge was even stocked with chilled wine! I couldn’t go past this nicely chilled Terindah Estate 2019 Rosé from the Bellarine Peninsula (where we were staying).
It’s made from 100% Pinot Noir and is the perfect spring wine. The acidity cut through the fish’n’chips perfectly, making it a very complimentary tipple to the meal.
It’s a pretty pale peach colour with delicious watermelon, raspberry and lemon & lime notes on the nose. On the palate red berries dominate with a lick of fresh herbs and zest of citrus. Refreshing and smooth. Incredibly easy drinking!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
