St Anne’s Winery are based in the Perricoota wine region on the Murray River. I recently learnt that they let sheep roam in specific vineyard blocks for a more organic approach to vineyard management. By doing this the sheep help to reduce the weed load and the need for sprays. How baa-rilliant is that 😉
