Shaw & Smith Incognito 2018 Pinot Noir
Pizza and Pinot night!
We love making homemade pizzas and you can’t have pizza without wine right? On our latest pizza night we decided to crack into this Shaw & Smith ‘Incognito’ 2018 Pinot Noir. The grapes are from the Coal River Valley in Tassie.

In the glass this Pinot is a cherry red shade. On the nose it is fruity and earthy with sweet vanilla spice coming through. In the mouth it’s elegant with subtle cherry, raspberry and plum flavours alongside juicy acidity.
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
