Dean & Monroe Style Series Prosecco
No one puts baby in the corner. Or in this case Dean & Monroe’s newly released King Valley Prosecco in its eye-catching geometric printed bottle.
A big thank you to the team at Dean & Monroe for sending this sample our way. Dean & Monroe are part of Pinnacle Drinks (Woolworths).
I love my Prosecco – it can be such a fun, casual fizz (and it can also be more serious and complex, don’t get me wrong) that always manages to put me in a good mood.
The unofficial home for Australian Prosecco is Victoria’s King Valley. You’ll find a lot of Italian grapes grown in the region because of its Mediterranean climate. I’m so hoping I can visit the region this year.
You can find this Prosecco at BWS stores for approximately $18.
Mr Spittoon and I really enjoyed it from it’s white straw bubbly nature in the glass to its fresh peach, crunchy apple and lemon sherbet notes that tickle the nostrils. In the mouth those flavours flow through with a touch of sweetness and a smooth jello like texture.
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
