A big thanks to the Dandelion team for sending this sample my way – it was thoroughly enjoyed!
We matched it to a lemon and prawn orzo dish – it was the perfect match!
In the glass it’s a pale straw colour. Passionfruit, grapefruit pith, gooseberry and herb notes rise from the glass. While in the mouth it has a silky texture with an über refreshing juicy citrus finish. It made me think of lemon acid drop lollies that I used to have growing up as a kid. Delicious!
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.
