Wino Weekend Reading #1

I’m a big fan of lying in on Saturday and Sunday mornings and catching up on my reading. One of the blogs I regularly follow, Girl +Beer has a fabulous idea! Every Thurs/Fri she pops up a post about interesting articles and news bits and pieces for her readers to check out over the weekend. I love the idea so I wanted to give it a go here!

I’ll include news stories, videos, image galleries and more to help both you and I keep up with what’s going on in the wine world and who knows we may even learn a new thing or two about wine. So really this is a very educational exercise.

Also I will admit that in this edition I have included some shameless plugs for guest posts I have written for other online publications, which I promise are just as interesting as the rest!

They’re claiming the newly released 2010 Grange to be on of the best vintages ever of the iconic Aussie wine and according to this piece in The West Australia it’ll keep up until 2060! Bottle prices start at $785, ouch!
