Do you prefer SBS or SSB? Or do you go both ways. This 2020 SBS is from Oakover Grounds in Perth’s Swan Valley wine region (thanks for the sample guys!). The grapes for this one are from Margaret River and they suggest enjoying it with shellfish, aromatic rice dishes or soft cheese. Yum.

Who’s a fan of SBS or SSB’s? To be honest, I hadn’t consumed a lot of them until I lived in WA. They’re rather popular in the West and I must admit they’re a darn great way to take the edge off on a scorching day.
Hands up if you love wine from WA. I was excited to find this Voyager Estate 2017 SBS in my recent media sample box from Good Pair Days (thank you!).
