Happy Wine Wednesday everyone! What are you poppin’ today? Last ‘Wine Wednesday’ we cracked into our Good Pair Days sample pack and we couldn’t wait to get stuck into this 2017 Empirica ‘Ebullient’ Sparkling Riesling from Castelli Estate Wines in WA’s Great Southern wine region.

When I spotted this Swinney ‘Tirra Lirra’ 2016 Riesling, Pinot Gris & Gewürztraminer on the Good Pairs Day website, I couldn’t resist to add it to this month’s TC Wine Club order.
My brother, Logan, and his family visited last week. And it was also the same week that we received some new release sample wines from Logan Wines in Orange, NSW. Which meant that they didn’t last long unopened.
Did you know my absolute favourite time of the year for wine travel is autumn? Do yourself a favour and book in something for next year. Once you see the vineyards with all their beautiful yellow, orange and red leaves, you’ll understand why I love it 🙂
