My friends over at Cellarmasters are helping me get in the mood with this #sample of the Jim Barry Wines 2017 Grenache Rosé from South Australia’s Clare Valley. Thank you!
In the glass it’s a pale pinky-orange shade. Strawberry mousse with a hint of citrus and freshness entice the nose. While in the mouth it’s full of vibrant flavours of strawberry, lemon and it has an ultra smooth and creamy texture which is balanced by refreshing acidity. Mmmmm…!
