Chandon X Seafolly Brut Sparkling Wine

I’ve got that holiday feeling. We’ve just booked a tropical getaway for Xmas and it’s safe to say this special edition bottle of Chandon Australia called out my name!

This classic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Brut blend is in collaboration with swimwear brand Seafolly Australia. The official hashtag for the collaboration is #ChandonXSeafolly

I found it a silver-yellow colour in the glass with dry yet dessert styled aromas of tropical fruit, Danish pastries and creme brûlées. In the mouth, it has a smooth texture with those tropical fruits coming through. Particularly melon and banana passion fruit with a refreshing spritz of lemon. Hurry up holidays!
