Quality over quantity is a great way to think when it comes to wine. Which is why I have been pulling bottles out of the cellar left right and centre recently. I’ve been craving deliciousness.

I picked up this exclusive bottle of 2016 Tempranillo from Sittella in Perth’s Swan Valley wine region last year for approximately $38. The Avant-Garde Series “represents a change in style and a new direction of winemaking for our single vineyards, from which we want to express their unique mesoclimates.
