Tellurian Wines Blanc 2017

I love trying new recipes. Especially when they’re part of the TC Wine Club (in collaboration with The Wine Gallery).

Tellurian Blanc 2017This combo was in the latest monthly 3-bottle box. The recipe is prawn and sweet potato cakes with a cucumber & soy sauce type salsa.

And the wine is the Tellurian Wines 2017 Blanc from Heathcote, VIC. The blend is made up of Marsanne, Fiano and Riesling grapes. It’s not your typical mix of grapes which is why I picked it for the club this month.
