Hands up if you love rosé! This Astrolabe 2017 Beacon Hill ‘Pinot Rosé’ from Marlborough is made from Pinot Noir and a small portion of Pinot Gris grapes. I quickly picked it up from the bottle shop on the weekend in NZ to chuck in our bag to bring back to Aussie.

I looove that there are so many dry Rieslings around now. Riesling has had a bit of a reputation as being sweet, which turned a lot of people off. However, winemakers have heard our calls and there’s now an abundance of dry style Riesling around.
