Red Edge Wines 2015 Shiraz – Heathcote

I admit it, I drink a lot of Shiraz. I just love the variety. It’s got a great spectrum of flavours and Shiraz is fantastic for matching with food, in my opinion. Which is why I was excited to tuck into this sample bottle from Red Edge Wines in Heathcote recently.

Red Edge Tinto Mezclado 2017 Heathcote

40% Tempranillo, 25% Monastrell, 25% Graciano and 10% Touriga is the blend of grapes which makes up Red Edge’s Tinto Mezclado (meaning red wine mixture in Spanish).
