Cloak and Dagger 2018 Prosecco – Victoria
It’s time to pop the Prosecco! Firstly a big thanks to Good Pair Days for introducing me to this bubbly little number in the recent sample pack they sent me. I love getting to know new wine brands.

Hot wings, salad and Prosecco – what’s not to like I say! My brother has an awesome hot wings recipe which we make every now and then – they are so tasty and are great with a glass of bubbly or three ?? This here is an Aussie Prosecco made by the brand new label…
I am loving this fresh new look for Trentham Estate’s Italian wine range! A big thanks to the team for sending me over samples of their latest releases to try.
Of course I has to add a couple of bottles of Prosecco to my recent sample box from the brand new Wine Selectors Customised Plan subscription cases.
Tasting note from the 30th May 2019: While picking next month’s #thetcwineclub bottles, I thought I’d get stuck into this Italian Prosecco from Luigino Zago that my Mum picked for May’s TC Wine Club box.
Salatin Winery in Veneto, Italy has been producing wine since 1528!! This D.O.C ‘Carattere’ Prosecco is certified organic. Made from the Glera grape variety and is suggested to match with seafood and risottos. I haven’t tried many, if any, organic Prosecco’s so I was very excited to try this sample from Vino Bambino.
Once I pop, I can’t stop. Does that happen to anyone else with Prosecco? We recently came across this Valdo Marca Oro Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco at a gourmet food & wine shop/cafe in Sale called Hunting Ground. It’s such a little gem of a store! At $22 a bottle, it went down a treat.
I’m one of those weirdos who buys a treadmill and actually uses it. Crazy I know. I think it might be because I probably* (*do) drink more than the average person so this is my minds way of justifying it. I aim for 5 workouts a week, if I miss one during the week then…
Sunday arvo’s are for Prosecco – thumbs up if you agree. This Palloncino 2018 Prosecco is part of this month’s #thetcwineclub (if you’re not part of this totally awesome wine club, look it up on the blog stat!
